BACARDI GLAZED CARROTS

Category: Carrots

1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
2 tbsp water and butter
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup rum

In a skillet, combine ingredients except rum. Cover and cook over medium heat until carrots are almost tender, about 5 minutes. Add rum. Simmer carrots, stirring until liquid is evaporated and carrots are glazed. Serves 4-6
