3 cups diced, cooked chicken breasts

1 (6 oz) box Uncle Ben's Wild & White Rice, cooked per instructions, drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (9-oz) box frozen French-style green beans, cooked and drained
1 (8-oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (2-oz) jar sliced pimentos, drained
1 can cream of celery soup, not diluted
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1 tsp ground pepper, or to taste
Paprika to garnish


Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, toss together cooked chicken, cooked rice, onion, beans, water chestnuts and pimentos. In a small bowl, whisk together soup, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour soup mixture over chicken mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour into prepared dish, sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
