6 pork chops
Seasoned salt and garlic powder
Vegetable oil
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 (24 oz) pkg hash browns, thawed
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 small can French fried onion rings

Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt and garlic powder. Brown in a skillet; set aside. In same skillet, combine soup and next 4 ingredients. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can onion rings and spoon mixture into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Arrange pork chops over potatoes and bake, covered, for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions, uncovered, 5 minutes.
