PEANUT BUTTER TURTLES

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
2 cups baking mix
2/3 cup each toffee bits, chopped peanuts and milk chocolate chips
1 pkg vanilla caramels
2-3 tbsp whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup milk chocolate chips melted

Beat first 4 ingredients until creamy. Add egg, beating until blended. Add baking mix and beat until just blended. Add next 3 ingredients. Drop dough onto ungreased baking sheet; flatten dough with hand. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cook cookies on baking sheet for 1 minute before removing the cool.

Melt caramels with cream, stirring until mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla. Spoon mixture evenly onto tops of cookies and drizzle with melted chocolate.
