1 sweet onion sliced
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 potatoes diced into large pieces
1 tomato diced
1 bell green pepper diced
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup rice
2 portions of scrod (cod or haddock)
8 shrimp
8 sea scallop
1/2 lb chorizo or Portugese pork sausage
2 pieces of boneless chicken breast large pieces
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp red wet pepper
1 pkg Goya spice

In a big Dutch Oven add olive oil, saute onion, tomato, red pepper and green pepper until onions are translucent.

Add black pepper and salt , chicken and chorizo to vegetables. Add wine and tomato paste, potatoes and cook for 25-30 minutes over medium heat until potatoes are cooked.

Add seafood and rice. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until rice is tender.

As a suggestion you might wish to add sliced black olives and banana peppers.
