1 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp Creole seasoning
2 tbsp instant onion flakes
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Creole mustard

Combine ingredients and roll into 1 inch meatballs. Place on cookie sheets and bake at 400 for 6-8 minutes.

Serve with your favorite meat sauce when served with pasta.

NOTE: May be frozen after being baked and cooked completely. Also, these are excellent served as an appetizer with bbq sauce or sweet and sour sauce.
