24 medium mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3 tbsp butter, divided
2 tsp flour
1/2 tsp dried marjoram, crushed
Dash pepper
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1 tbsp snipped parsley

Remove stems; reserve caps. Chop stems and saute in 1 tbsp butter with onions juntil tender. Blend in flour, marjoram and pepper; add wine. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in ham and parsley. Stuff mushrooms caps with mixture and place on a large piece of foil; dot with remaining butter. Fold foil to seal edges; grill about 15-20 minutes.
