4 lbs pork spareribs
1/4 cup each honey, ketchup, red wine vinegar and orange juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt

Place ribs in a saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour or until ribs are fork-tender. Drain.

While ribs are simmering, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Preheat grill to medium heat or preheat oven to 450. Place ribs on rack in grill or broiler pan and brush with honey mixture. Cook for 20 minutes or until brown and heated through, brushing occasionally with sauce and turning once. Serves 4
