1 (16 oz) pkg extra wide noodles, cooked al dente
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1 1/2 cups ham, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups chicken broth
Salt and pepper
3 tsp butter
1/3 cup parmesan cheese

While noodles are cooking, heat oil in a large pot and saute onions and ham for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, peas and garlic and cook for 6 minutes. Add broth, salt, pepper and butter. Simmer for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with noodles.
