BEER GLAZE for Ham

After 1 hour of baking ham, 1 cup beer to baste ham along with drippings about every 15 minutes

1 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Beer to make a smooth paste

Combine glaze ingredients. Remove ham from oven and score fat diagonally in a criss-cross fashion. Stud with whole cloves and spread with glaze. Roast for 30-45 minutes longer or until well glazed and cooked through.
