BRISKET RUB I

1/4 cup salt
2 tbsp paprika
4 tsp chili powder, granulated garlic, lemon pepper, ground coriander, ground black and red peppers

Combine ingredients in an airtight container and store in a cool dry place.

To use, pat on meat 30 minutes before cooking; reapply halfway through.
