1 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp Hungarian paprika
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
I cup pepper jelly
Juice of one lemon

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with pork or chicken.
