8 oz pkg crab
1/4 cup sweet red pepper, diced
1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
5 drops Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
6 English muffins, split and lightly toasted
1 (6 oz) can frozen guacamole
1 (8 oz) pkg shredded cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, flake pieces of crab. Add red pepper, green pepper, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco. Set aside. Place muffin halves on a sheet pan. Spread each half with 1 tbsp guacamole. Divide crab mixture evenly among halves. Top with shredded cheese. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes, or until cheese melts. Serves 6
