1 tbsp butter
3/4 cup diced onion
1 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 cups cooked egg noodles or cooked macaroni
1 1/4 cups frozen peas or chopped broccoli, thawed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt, pepper and Old Bay Seafood seasoning
2 (6 oz) can tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450. Melt butter in a saucepan and saute onions about 3 minutes. Add milk and soup. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly with a whisk to blend. Combine mixture with noodles, lemon juice, seasonings, tuna and cheese. Place into a greased casserole dish.

Mix bread crumbs with cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4
