CRAB AND SHRIMP WONTONS

1 pkg cream cheese (softened)
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 pkg imitation crab meat, roughly chopped
24 large cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg of wonton wrappers (squares)
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Mini muffin pan

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray; push in a wonton wrapper to form a cup (edges stick out). Add a small amount of cream cheese mixture into cup and top with 1 shrimp and a small pinch of cheese. Bake at 350 until cream cheese mixture has melted and wonton wrapper has slightly browned.
