1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 slice tomato, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup water
Pinch salt and pepper
Green onion slices, garnish

Place cream cheese on a oven-safe plate. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes or until until it begins to darken slightly.

In the meantime, in a saucepan, combine olive oil and garlic. Cook for 1 minutes; add tomato, water, salt and pepper. Simmer 3-4 minutes or until mixture blends together. Allow to stand.

When cheese is done; pour the sauce over it and garnish with onion slices. Serve with crackers or sliced French bread.
