4 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and grated
1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup sour cream
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 green oinons, finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
Fresh dill sprigs
In a bowl, combine ingredients except dill sprigs. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, stir mixture and transfer to a serving bowl or spread mixture on bread triangles or crackers.
