1 cup mayonnaise or a combination of 1/2 cup mayonnaise and sour cream
2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped or shredded
3 tbsp sliced scallions
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried dill weed
Dash garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, or to taste
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; chill before serving.
