1/4 tsp garlic powder and paprika
1/8 tsp dried basil or thyme leaves, crushed
2 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick each
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion, sliced
1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp milk

Mix seasonings. Coat pork chops with mixture. Heat oil in skillet. Add chops and brown. Add onion and cook until tender. Add soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
