1/2 cup sugar and light corn syrup
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup mini-chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts

Combine sugar and corn syrup in a Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat, and add peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Gradually stir in cereal and peanuts. Stir in chocolate chips and press into a lightly greased jelly-roll pan. Let cool and cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
