1 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp garlic powder, dried basil, thyme and oregano leaves
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup quartered fresh mushrooms
1 lb lobster chunks
3 cups frozen vegetable blend, thawed
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp butter

Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Add next 3 ingredients. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer about 10 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring once. Stir in lime juice and butter. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles. Serves 4
