KIELBASA WITH WHITE WINE

2 lb kielbasa, cut into 1 inch slices and then quartered
1 cup dry whit wine
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard and apple or regular brandy
3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Pepper

Place sausage in a skillet; pour in wine. Bring to a boil and cook, uncovered, until wine has almost evaporated and looks syrupy, about 12 minutes. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Cook about 1 minute. Add parsley and pepper. Serve hot or at room temperature with toothpicks.
