1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup rice wine or white vinegar
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp each dry sherry, vegetable oil and soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Combine ingredients. Remove 1/4 cup marinade; refrigerate. In a resealable bag place desired steak and pour remaining marinade into bag. Turn steaks occasionally, and refrigerate 3-24 hours; discard marinade. Grill or broil steak, brushing with reserved marinade until desired doneness.
