1/4 c Cooking Oil
1/4 c Soy Sauce
1/4 c white wine
1 tbsp Grated Fresh Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic, Minced
2 tbsp Molasses

Directions
Save for the molasses, mix all ingredients together. Put concoction in Zip Loc, add meat, shake lightly and allow to set for 4-6 hours. Pour marinade out into a bowl, add molasses to marinade. Use new concoction to baste meat on last 10 minutes of grilling.
