1/2 cup buter
2 beef bouillon cubes
3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
1/2 cup each sugar and prepared mustard
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp salt

Combine butter and bouillon on top of a double boiler. Place over simmering water and cook,whisking constantly, until butter meltes and bouillon dissolves.

Gradually whisk in yolks. Add remaning ingredients and cook, whisking often, for 20 minutes. Cover and chill.
