1 lb frozen flounder or sole filets
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Melt 1 1/2 tbsp butter in a 10 inch skillet. Add the frozen filets, saute 3 minutes on each side. Remove to a warmed platter. Add remaining 1 1/2 tbsp butter and almonds. Cook until golden brown. Add lemon juice. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serves 3
