1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 large clove garlic, smashed and minced
2 tbsp. lemon zest
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. kosher salt

Put butter and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook the garlic slowly in the butter for about 5 minutes. Add lemon zest and juice and continue to heat gently for another 2–3 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes about 1/2 cup

NOTE: This is great to use as a dip for seafood.
