1 lb extra-lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 cup chopped onions
1 colored (red, yellow or orange) bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1green bell peppers, seeded and cut into strips
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups cooked white rice
1 1/2 (15-oz.) jars spaghetti sauce

Cook ground beef and onion in an extra large deep skillet until browned. Add bell peppers, Italian seasoning, seasoned salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in cooked rice. Serve topped with warmed spaghetti sauce. Serves 6
