Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
4 large Butterfinger candy bars

Icing
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Butterfinger candy bar, crushed to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all cake ingredients in order listed on medium for 3 minutes. Place in cupcake liners with small scooper filling liners 3/4rds full. Bake 12-14 minutes. Let stand in pan for 2-3 minutes. Remove to completely cool.

Icing: In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then add milk. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Sift together cocoa and confectioners sugar. Blend into butter mixture and add vanilla. If consistency is too stiff, add more milk. Place in piping bag with favorite tip and frost each cupcake quickly as icing sets up when cool. Add crushed butterfinger candy bars for topping.
