1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
1/3 cup soy sauce, packed brown sugar and water
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Sprinkle fish with seasonings. Mix together next 4 ingredients and place along with fish in a sealable plastic bag. Marinate at least 2 hours.

Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Remove fillets from marinade and grill, skin side down about 7 minutes. Turn and grill about 7 additional minutes.
