1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried tarragon, basil, oregano or marjoram
2 tsp Dijon mustard and finely chopped garlic
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 2 1/2 lb chicken parts
Combine marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and add chicken. Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Discard marinade. Grill until juices run clear.
