PORK ALL PURPOSE RUB

Category: Rubs

1 tbsp garlic powder and onion powder
2 tbsp freshly ground pepper and paprika
2 tsp dry mustard, celery seeds and packed brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt

Mix ingredient together. Use to rub on any type of pork, resting for 1 hour. Store remaining rub in glass jar with tight fitting lid.

NOTE: You can keep All-Purpose Rub in a dry, dark place up to 3 months.
