1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (12 oz) jar beef gravy
1/4 cup ketchup
1 (16 oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups frozen diced southern-style hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Cook beef and onions in an oven-proof skillet and drain. Add next 5 ingredients and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles. Starting at the wide end, roll each dough triangle once toward tip. Arrange partly rolled crescents on top of hot beef mixture, placing points toward center. Bake at 375 for 14-19 minutes or until crust is golden brown and mixture is bubbly. Serves 8
