1 tbsp peanut oil
1 egg
1 1/2 cups water
1 (5.4 oz) pkg teriyaki rice

Preheat medium saucepan on medium-high for 2-3 minutes. Place oil in pan and swirl to coat. Break egg in pan and scramble for 1-2 minutes, or until fully cooked. Stir in water and rice, cover and bring to boil. Stir and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes, or until rice is tender. Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Serve. Serves 4
