12 oz Bloody Mary Mix
1 cup water
2-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
4-6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 tbsp butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup long grain rice
In a saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Add rice, reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Serves 4-6
