WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

Crust
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling
8 oz white chocolate
1 lb cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp grated orange rind and vanilla extract
Topping
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
Chocolate curls
Crust: Combine ingredients and press into a 9 inch springform pan.
Filling: Melt white chocolate until smooth; let cool. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and sugar until light. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in melted chocolate and remaining filling ingredients. Pour over crust and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until just set.
Topping: Combine ingredients and spread over hot cake and return to oven for 3-5 minutes or until set. Immediately loosen from sides of pan. Cool for 30 minutes more; remove sides of pan. Cool completely. Garnish. Chill in refrigerator.
