SOUTHWEST CHEESE DIP

2 8 oz packages double cheese (Monterey Jack and Colby, finely shredded)
1 bunch green onion, chopped or substitute 1/2 chopped Vidalia or other sweet onion
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 3.8 oz can chopped black olives
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 8 oz bottle Italian salad dressing
Tortilla chips or scoops

Combine all ingredients together. Serve with tortilla chips or scoops. Best made the day before. This dip is also good as a topping on tacos or other Mexican dishes.
