3/4 lb boneless pork, cut into strips
2 carrots, peeled and coarsely shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch squares
2 cups broccoli flowerets
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 clover garlic, crushed
2 tsp grated ginger root
1 tbsp borwn sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
cooked rice
Combine first 5 ingredients in a 3 1/2 quart crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients, except rice and pour over pork and vegetables. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or until pork is tender. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 4
