1 (4 oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
Additional chopped red pepper, garnish

Place feta cheese and cream cheese in a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Garnish with remaining red pepper. Serve with crackers. (I like a roasted garlic and herb cracker.)
