1/2 gallon Vanilla ice cream
1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate
10 inch angel food cake or loaf, sliced into 2-3 layers
Strawberries, sweetened to taste
Blend ice cream and lemonade concentrate until well mixed. Spread ice cream mixture between layers, reserving some as the icing. Freeze overnight. Top is strawberries and serve.
