1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
Olive oil
1 (10 oz) pkg refrigerated pizza crust
6 oz thinly sliced deli turkey or ham
4 tsp honey Dijon mustard
2 oz thinly sliced Swiss cheese
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 oz fresh Parmesan cheese, grated (2 tablespoons)

Preheat oven to 425. Lightly coat a skillet with olive oil. Cook onion, bell pepper and mushrooms over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until tender.

White vegetables are sauting, unroll pizza crust dough into a 12x10 inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough in half lengthwise and crosswise to form 4 rectangles.

For each calzone, place 1/4 of the turkey slices (folded to fit) on one half of one rectangle leaving 1/4-inch border. Spread turkey with 1 teaspoon mustard; top with 1/4 of the cooked vegetables and Swiss cheese. Fold other side of rectangle over filling; press edges with fork to seal.

Place calzones on cooking sheet; lightly spray tops with oil. Rub minced garlic over calzones, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with rosemary and grated Parmesan cheese over tops. Bake 14-16 minutes or until deep golden brown.
