VEGETABLE DIP I

2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese with chives, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup finely chopped and seeded cucumber
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt and curry powder

Beat cream cheese until fluffy; blend in sour cream. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into small bowl; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until serving time. Serves with vegetables.
