2 1/3 cups flour
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds, toasted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 gallon butter pecan ice cream
Caramel sauce
Toasted slivered almonds

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir together egg yolks and vanilla; add to flour mixture. Stir with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened. Press evenly on bottom of a greased 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool crust on a wire rack.

Scoop ice cream into balls; place on baking sheet. Cover and freeze. Mound ice cream balls onto the crust. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with almonds. Cut into wedges when servings. Note: For Hot Fudge Sunday Pizza, substitute vanilla ice cream, hot fudge sauce and toasted chopped pecans for last 3 ingredients.
