2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup prepared pesto
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 cups curly green leaf lettuce
8 thin slices red onion
2 oz sliced provolone cheese
4 (6 inch) squares focaccia, halved horizontally, warmed

In medium bowl, stir together chicken and pesto. Stir in bell pepper. Layer lettuce, onion and cheese on bottom half of each focaccia square. Spread each with about 1/2 cup chicken mixture; top with another piece of focaccia. To serve, halve each sandwich diagonally.
