1 (16-oz) pkg frozen cooked meatballs
1 (1.06-oz) packet ginger teriyaki marinade
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp roasted garlic
4 cups frozen Oriental stir-fry

Place meatballs in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 3 minutes. Drain, if needed. Preheat wok or large saute pan on high for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle marinade mix on meatballs. Cover and shake to coat evenly. Place oil and garlic in wok or saute pan (pan should sizzle).
Add meatballs and cook 3-4 minutes, stirring often. Place vegetables in same microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 3 minutes. (Do not drain.) Add vegetables to meatballs and cook 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring often. Serve over rice. Serves 4
