Base
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
3 cups marshmallows

Topping
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz peanut butter chips
2 cups Rice crispies
2 cups salted peanuts
2/3 cup light corn syrup

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows on low speed until crumble. Press into an ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Bake 350 for 12-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with marshmallows.

Topping: In large saucepan heat corn syrup, butter, vanilla and chips until all are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and nuts. Immediately spoon warm topping over marshmallows. Cool and cut into bars.
