1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
12 oz peanut butter chips
2 cups salted peanuts
1 1/2 cups rice Krispies

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 12-18 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with marshmallow. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes, or until marshmallows begin to puff.

In a saucepan, heat next 4 ingredients until chips are melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in cereal and peanuts. Spoon over marshmallows, spreading to cover. Chill completely before cutting into bars.
