1 cup beer and beef broth
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves and black pepper
3 tomatoes, chopped
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot pepper sauce
2-3 bay leaves, crushed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Combine ingredients. Pour over meat in a resealable bag. Marinade 3-4 hours in refrigerator, turning and mixing several times. Drain. Grill meat. Good for beef or pork steak or chops.
