Crust
1 tbsp sugar
2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter

1 half gallon vanilla ice cream
1 half gallon lime sherbet

Topping
Use any combination of the following to equal 2 cups:
sliced strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, oranges or peaches

Preheat oven to 375. In small bowl, combine tart ingredients. Press into 10-inch tart pan. Bake 8 minutes, cool.

In medium bowl mix 2 1/4 cups softened vanilla ice cream with 1 1/4 cups softened lime sherbet until smooth. Spoon onto tart crust. Freeze. To serve, top with summer fruit. Makes 12 servings.
