1 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped green or red bell pepper and green onion, both white and tops
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp grated Romano cheese
1/4 to 1/2 tsp garlic powder and onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano and basil
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Dough
1 cup biscuit mix
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Preheat oven to 400. Spray pan with vegetable spray. Saute pepper and onion in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine remaining filling ingredients.

Dough: Combine ingredients and stir until smooth. Allow to stand 5-10 minutes or until thickened. Pat into baking pan.

Place filling on top and pat down gently. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen with a spatula to remove from pan and cut into shapes. Serve hot.
